There is no automated import yet. Most practices stand up services, hours, and a booking link in an afternoon, then invite the team. Clients keep booking from a link you already share.
Where does health information live?+
ClinicGem is Canadian-owned. We handle personal health information under PIPEDA and Alberta’s Health Information Act, with encryption in transit and at rest.
Solo RMT or Clinic Business?+
Solo is you — one practitioner, no staff seats. Clinic Business is a team: practitioners, front desk, roles, and extra shop and communication tools.
Is ClinicGem only for massage therapy?+
No. Clinic Business works for allied health teams — physiotherapy, chiropractic, acupuncture, naturopathy, counselling, and massage — with SOAP templates you build for each discipline. Solo plans are built for RMTs. ClinicGem is practice management, not a physician EMR.
