Billing and subscription

My Clinic → Billing & Subscription is your ClinicGem subscription — not client invoices. The header badge shows the plan name with remaining days underneath and opens this page.

What you can do

• See the current plan and renewal date
• Preview the next invoice (plan plus any extra practitioners)
• Upgrade or downgrade
• Open Stripe-hosted invoices
• Cancel when you need to stop

Clinic Standard includes 3 practitioners. Clinic Premium includes 5. Extra practitioners are $16/mo on Standard and $14/mo on Premium. You add them from My Clinic → Practitioners; the extra fee appears on the next invoice, not as a charge today.

Paid changes go through Stripe. Free plans provision without a card.
