Gift certificates

Open Shop → Gift Certificates. Solo accounts do not include this page.

Two types

• Amount — a dollar value. In Alberta these cannot expire.
• Service — a specific service and duration. These may have an expiry.

Each certificate gets a code (for example GC-7K3M9X2A). You can set your own code if it is unique in the clinic.

Sell

Issue at the front desk or let clients buy on the booking site. The purchase creates an invoice. You can email the certificate or print a PDF. Occasion templates (birthday, thank you, and others) are available when you issue.

You may discount the purchase price without reducing the face value.

Redeem

On an invoice, apply the certificate as payment. Partial use leaves the remaining balance. Staff can look up a code, void a certificate with a reason, or refund a redemption back onto the balance.
