Billing and receipts

Open Billing in the client portal to list invoices and paid receipts for this clinic.

You can open an invoice and download a PDF. You cannot pay, edit, or refund an invoice in the portal. To pay a balance, contact the clinic or use the method they gave you.

Emails from the clinic

When the clinic marks your invoice Paid, ClinicGem emails you a receipt if they have your email. That message includes:

• The services and other line items (quantity, price, and totals)
• Tax and the amount paid
• A PDF receipt attached — the same layout you can download from Billing, suitable for insurance

A partial payment sends a confirmation with those line items and the remaining balance. The PDF receipt is attached when the invoice is fully paid.

If the clinic has the client portal on, the email includes a link to this invoice in Billing.

If the clinic added a Google Maps link, the email footer includes a View on Google Maps button.

Home shows paid versus due totals so you can see at a glance whether anything is outstanding.
