See how ClinicGem protects client information and track what's in place and what's coming next.

Open the Compliance page

Select your avatar in the top-right corner, then choose Compliance. Everyone on your team can open it, including practitioners.

The page lists the safeguards ClinicGem uses for Alberta PIPA and PIPEDA, with HIPAA as a benchmark:

Read the status

Each item shows a status:

  • In place — fully available today.
  • In progress — some safeguards are live and more are being added.
  • Planned — scheduled work that hasn't started yet.

Under each item, In place lists what already protects your data, and Coming next lists what we're building. The summary bar at the top shows overall progress, with the date of the last update.

Privacy Policy and Terms

Links at the bottom of the page open our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Both are marked Draft until they are finalized.
