Newsletters

Open Communication → Email Newsletters.

Build the message in the email designer, choose recipients, and send or schedule. Delivery appears in the communication log. The same clinic footer as other outgoing mail is appended — including a View on Google Maps button when that link is saved under My Clinic → Details → Localization.

Keep the tone useful (hours, new services, seasonal notes). Newsletters go only to clients who opted in. A new client is opted out until they check Email me clinic news and offers while booking or signing in to the portal, or until someone turns the preference on under the client file. Clients who were already opted in stay opted in. Appointment reminders are separate and stay on unless turned off.
