What to fill in

• Clinic name and logo
• Categories and timezone
• Address, phones, business email, and website
• Account owner name and contact number
• Language, currency, date format, and time format
• Optional Google Maps link

This copy appears on the booking page, emails, and receipts. Missing lines are simply omitted from email signatures.

Phone, mobile, and contact numbers format themselves as you type. Enter just the digits (for example 5878320122) and ClinicGem shows (587) 832-0122. Numbers starting with + and another country code stay as you typed them. Use Add for a second phone or mobile number.

Localization

Use the Localization panel for how dates, times, and currency appear across ClinicGem (invoice PDFs keep their own layout).

Google Maps link is optional. Paste a Google Maps share link (for example maps.app.goo.gl or google.com/maps). After you save, outgoing clinic emails — booking confirmations, reminders, receipts, newsletters, and other communication templates — show a View on Google Maps button in the footer. Leave the field blank to hide the button.

Locations

Add the primary location first. Extra locations need Clinic Premium. Each location can have its own address and hours.

Patient account prefix

New clients receive an account number that starts with a short clinic prefix. You can edit the prefix until the first number is issued; then it stays fixed so existing numbers stay valid.
