Online booking settings

Open My Clinic → Online Booking. There are four tabs.

Public Page

• Turn Enable online booking on. The public page is /book/ plus your slug.
• Copy or preview the link. Upload a cover photo.
• Powered by ClinicGem stays on for Free plans. Paid plans can hide it.

If booking is on but no practitioner allows online booking, the tab shows a warning and the public catalog stays empty.

Settings

Set the booking window, minimum notice, whether phone is required, and the confirmation message. Save from the page header.

Cancellation Policy

Write the policy bookers must agree to. It applies only to your clinic (or Solo RMT account), not to every ClinicGem customer. New clinics start with a 24-hour notice draft you can edit. Save from the page header.

The public page is /booking/ plus your slug plus /cancellation-policy. On Client Information, bookers check I agree to Cancellation Policy before they can continue.

Funnel Report

The funnel shows how many people reached each step (service, practitioner, time, client information, and so on) without listing names or emails.

Client portal toggle

On Clinic Standard and Premium you can turn the client portal off under Online Booking. When it is off, the portal login icon is hidden and visitors see that the clinic did not enable the portal. See Sign in to the client portal.
