Welcome to ClinicGem

ClinicGem is clinic software for allied health clinics and solo registered massage therapists (RMTs) in Canada. Clinic Business suits multi-discipline teams — physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage, acupuncture, naturopathy, counselling, and more. Solo plans are built for RMTs. You can schedule appointments, keep client records, write treatment notes, take payments, and send email — without stitching several tools together.

Signed-in clinic users can open this Help Center from the ? icon in the top-right header, or from the account menu → Help Center. Both open in a new tab. On a phone or tablet, use Menu in that header to open Schedule, Invoices, Clients, and each section (Communication, Shop, Reporting, and My Clinic or Solo RMT). On a wide screen those links sit in the header itself. The header plan badge shows the plan name with days remaining underneath (on a phone, the gem alone — the name is still available to screen readers). Open the account menu (your photo or initials) to see your name, email, and role. Profile is where you keep your signature for treatment notes. See Treatment notes.

Who this Help Center is for

• Clinic owners and managers set up the business, plans, staff, and most settings.
• Staff work the front desk: schedule, clients, and invoices, according to their role.
• Practitioners sign in to Schedule and Clients. They can see the clinic day and chart clients they treat.
• Clients book on the clinic’s public page and, when the clinic’s plan allows it, use the client portal.

Two account types

When you sign up you choose Solo RMT or Clinic Business. Solo is one practitioner (you). Clinic Business is a team with practitioners, staff seats, and more shop and communication tools. Details are in Plans and what they include.
