Reminders

Open Communication → Reminders. On a phone, use the menu button beside the page title to switch between Reminders, Email Newsletters, Birthday Messages, and Wellness Check-ins. Reminders are included on Solo and Clinic plans.

Set a rule

Choose when to send (for example 24 or 48 hours before the visit) and edit the email. You can use the shared email designer and merge fields such as clinic name and appointment time.

ClinicGem skips sends when the client has no email.

Outgoing mail uses your clinic signature footer (name, phones, email, website, address). If you save a Google Maps link under My Clinic → Details → Localization, the footer also includes a View on Google Maps button.

Related mail

Booking confirmations, cancellations, and receipts are sent automatically as those events happen. They are not configured on this page.
