Follow up after a visit with a wellness email.

Open Communication → Wellness Check-ins.

Set how many days after a completed appointment to send, then edit the message. Use this for a simple “how are you feeling?” note, not for clinical advice. Check-in emails use the clinic footer, including a View on Google Maps button when that link is saved under My Clinic → Details → Localization.
