Promo codes

Open Shop → Promo Codes.

If your clinic moves to Clinic Free, existing codes are kept but stop working. The promo field disappears from online booking and invoices. You can still turn codes off, and they work again after you upgrade.

Create a code

Set the code text, discount, optional expiry, and usage limits. Codes apply to service bookings and appointment invoices — not to product, gift certificate, or package checkouts.

How clients use them

On the public booking flow, the client enters the code when it is offered. Staff can also apply a code on an appointment invoice.
