Build the service catalog clients book and staff schedule.
Open My Clinic → Services to add treatments.
Add a service
Give the service a name, description, and one or more durations with prices. Assign the practitioners who offer it. Tax follows your clinic tax rates.
When a client books, ClinicGem stores the price and duration on that appointment so later catalog edits do not rewrite old visits.
Couples and multi-practitioner services
If a service needs more than one practitioner (for example couples massage), the public booking page asks the client to pick that many people — or Give me the first available. Each person gets their own appointment and invoice at the same time.
Who can book online
A service only appears on the public page when:
- Online booking is enabled
- At least one active practitioner offers it
- That practitioner has Allow clients to book online turned on
