Birthday messages

Email clients on their birthday.

Open Communication → Birthday Messages.

ClinicGem uses the birthday on the client’s Contact form. Clients without a birthday or email are skipped. Edit the template in the email designer and keep the send rules on so the daily job can run. Birthday emails use the clinic footer, including a View on Google Maps button when that link is saved under My Clinic → Details → Localization.
