Book an appointment

Your clinic sends a booking link. It looks like clinicgem.com/book/ plus the clinic name. Open it on your phone or computer — you do not need a ClinicGem staff account.

Steps

1. Choose a service and duration.
2. Choose a practitioner, or any available.
3. Pick a date and time.
4. Enter your information. The person booking must include an email. Phone may be required by the clinic. Check I agree to Cancellation Policy and I agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. You cannot continue until both are checked. Email me clinic news and offers is optional and starts unchecked. Appointment reminders are separate.
5. If the clinic asks for a card, it is saved on file and not charged at booking (unless they show a prepay amount). The clinic may charge that card later only if you no-show.
6. Complete any intake forms the clinic assigned for this visit.
7. Confirm. You will see the details and can download Add to Calendar.

A confirmation email follows when the clinic has your email. If the clinic added a Google Maps link, that message includes a View on Google Maps button in the footer.

Couples or family bookings

If the service needs more than one practitioner, you select that many people (or first available). Each person is their own client file and gets their own appointment.

If the page asks for a code

Some clinics only allow booking after an invite code or link. Use the code they sent you.
