See billed revenue minus expenses and practitioner pay.

Open Reporting → Profit. This report is on Solo Pro and Clinic Premium. Staff need the Profit report permission.

How net is calculated

Net = billed revenue − operating expenses − practitioner pay.

Billed revenue matches the Revenue report (invoice totals minus refunds). It is not cash in the bank.
Operating expenses are non-voided lines from Expenses. Skipped variable months do not count.
Practitioner pay matches Earnings (hourly or %, plus 100% of unrefunded tips; fully refunded visits are omitted). Solo Pro omits this line — do not log owner draws as expenses.

Status is Profit, Break-even (net exactly $0.00), or Loss.
